Metallurgical FAGE Ltda: Name created from the initials of their Company's Founders (Fausto, Airton, Geraldo and Eurípedes). The company was created in 1979, yet in 1980, it got settled with just one of the partners, Airton da Silva, remaining until 2006, after, his son, Airton da Silva Junior has been in charge of the Company since then.
Producing from its foundation items such as: Buckles and Embellishments in the Footwear, Belts, Bags, Jewelry and Gifts segments, serving Customers like: Rafarillo, Milano, Mariner, Calvest, among others. Since 2007, it has had an expansive process, starting to operates in the services delivery market, using all its technology and experience to fulfill all types of markets, signing agreements with companies from different segments and market leaders, such as: YKK do Brasil, Chaves Gold, Remaco Botões, Current Lines, among others.
As of 2012, FAGE has established itself as one of the main Companies in the Promotional Gifts market in the Metal field, nowadays cooperating with companies such as Cinemark, Cinépolis, UCI Cinemas, The Coca-Cola Company, Piticas, Heineken, Nerd ao Cubo, among others, being Homologated and Certified by companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. Co., Universal Studios, Natura and much more.
From 2018, FAGE started the construction of its new Headquarters, in an area of more than 2,000 m², with a 1200 m² industrial park in the Business District of Ribeirão Preto, opening on 07/07/2019, being in a Highly Modern Factory, counting with the last generation of production equipment, and in the Environmental part, it is equipped with ecologically correct measures such as: Rainwater Reuse, Solar Energy Photo Voltaic, LED lights and more.

FAGE's suppliers are important tools, however, they must act with honesty and integrity towards their products, ensuring ethics in preserving the confidentiality of the formulas provided by FAGE about its Raw Materials. The FAGE company will always act guided by ethical and Ecologically-Correct values, which guarantee selection and negotiation practices with its suppliers, without privileges or discrimination of any nature. The deal with suppliers is based on ethical and moral conduct that does not allow any FAGE employee to have a personal advantage, through influence, favoring their role in the company.
